Amanda is subbing the yin yoga class at Vital Touch this evening.

Yin Yoga Description:

Feel stronger, looser, centered. This class begins with slow yin yoga to warm up your body. You’ll hold passive stretches for 1-5 minutes to still your mind and release deeply held tension in your muscles and joints.
