Yin Yoga @ Vital Touch – Mar 14th

Yin Yoga Description

Feel stronger, looser, centered. This class begins with slow stretching to warm up your body. Then you’ll hold passive stretches for 1-5 minutes to still your mind and release deeply held tension in your muscles and joints. In between, gentle movements will be guided to allow circulation to increase and energy to move.

A wonderful evening practice as yin offers benefits such as enhancing sleep quality, balancing emotions, and promotes deep relaxation.

Intensity: Low to Moderate    Level: ALL Levels
