Clear your mind while building stamina and strength. In this dynamic class, yoga poses are seamlessly strung together in a sequence to create a flow of movement. As you synchronize your breath with the flow, you’ll cultivate mindfulness in a moving meditation. Each class begins and ends with deep yet gentle stretches to release stiffness and still your mind. Your teacher will set the pace and provide modifications so the flow is accessible for every body.
