Private Yoga Sessions
Private sessions offer a supportive space tailored to your individual needs and goals. Whether you are new to yoga and prefer to build confidence before joining a group class, seeking guidance for a specific concern, or simply want a practice designed exclusively for you, one-on-one sessions provide the opportunity to move at your own pace, ask questions freely, and receive individualized attention.
In addition to yoga movement, Amanda also offers private sessions focused solely on mindfulness and meditation. These sessions are an opportunity to learn techniques for calming the nervous system, managing stress, and cultivating greater awareness in daily life. They can be a wonderful supplement to therapy or a grounding practice on their own.
Private sessions are available in person or on Zoom. One-on-one sessions allow for personalized attention and a practice designed specifically for you. Standard rates begin at $80 in person and $30 online. Rates may vary depending on session length, frequency, or individual circumstances. I am committed to making this work accessible while honoring its value.
