Mindfulness is a practice of awareness, acceptance, and kindness. It was to know yourself and your surroundings on a deeper level. It is a secular practice that fits in with whatever your lifestyle and beliefs may be.

Practicing mindfulness has changed my life. It is my heart’s desire to share it with others; young people who are struggling as I did, parents trying to be the best versions of themselves for their children, as I am now, and all humans desiring peace.

As there are several mindfulness practices, I want to help my clients explore and choose what connects and works best for them. In our sessions, clients can explore mindfulness meditation, breathing, emotional awareness, body awareness, present moment awareness, and so much more. I may offer mindfulness games and movement, as well as many other personalized techniques so the client has a felt understanding of the practice and can draw on it anytime, anywhere.
