Private Adult Mindfulness and Yoga
One on one mindfulness and yoga work is an extremely powerful way to connect with your body and get to know who you are. Sessions are tailored to your needs, interests, and desires. The principles of yoga and mindfulness go far beyond the physical. They show us how to be with ourselves in a kind, supportive, loving way.
Sessions run an hour and include breathwork, movement, and meditation practices. Cost for a session is $80.
