Private Sessions with Teens
Stress, anxiety, self-doubt, feelings of overwhelm- these struggles are not contained in the adult world. Our young people are feeling the struggle every day.
Working privately with teenagers is a wonderful way introduce them to the practices of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. Individulized sessions are tailored to the needs of the client, providing tools that last a lifetime.

My daughter had a medical and mental health crisis about a year and a half ago.
