Yoga at Mt. Airy Lavender Farm is back! Running June through the end of September, classes are drop-in every Sunday at 10 am. Practice is held outdoors in the shade, amongst the rows of fragrant lavender – the farm is absolutely beautiful! The yoga is very chill, designed to be mindful, gentle, and accessible for all.

If the weather looks like rain, class will be cancelled. If you are unsure about weather, please text Amanda at 610-299-9111, she will make the call the morning of class. Be aware that classes will be held outdoors on uneven ground. Lavender attracts bees – if you are allergic to bees, you should not attend. Cost for class is $20 to be paid via Venmo or cash upon arrival. Check out the calendar for even more details!

My daughter had a medical and mental health crisis about a year and a half ago. Of all of the treatments she has received in this time, including psychotherapy, group therapy, physical therapy, acupuncture, a multitude of specialists and medications, my daughter feels that it was Amanda’s gentle teaching and guidance that pulled her out of a really dark place.
