Amanda brings chair yoga to Vital Touch! Amanda has been teaching chair yoga for private facilities for some time and has developed a love for the practice. Benefits to all practitioners, it allows for a supportive way to explore yoga asana.

Perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Each session begins with a grounding meditation to help you center your mind and connect with the present moment. As you settle into your chair, you’ll be guided through a series of soothing seated stretches to help release tension and stress held in the body.

Increase flexibility, improve circulation, and enhance overall mobility. After warming up, you’ll stand and explore safe and accessible yoga poses, using the chair for support if you need it. 

Calm your mind and release stress. With a focus on mindfulness and breath awareness, you’ll learn techniques to calm your mind, reduce anxiety, and promote a sense of inner peace and well-being.

Whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a gentle way to stay active and vibrant, Chair Yoga offers a safe and supportive environment to explore the healing benefits of yoga.
