Normally we flow Saturdays, but this one is calling for some stillness. Stretch into your weekend with a yin style practice. Hold poses for around 3 minutes with gentle movement in-between. This class will leave you feeling ready to roll into your day with ease.

My daughter had a medical and mental health crisis about a year and a half ago.
