Outdoor Mindful Yoga in Historic Yellow Springs:
Breathe deeply, move gently to stretch fully, and reconnect with yourself in the serene beauty of Historic Yellow Springs. This outdoor yoga class invites you to slow down and fully experience the healing power of nature. We’ll practice gentle movement, mindfulness, and meditation to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Each session is designed to help you ground, reset, and tune in—receiving the calm and emotional boost that being outdoors brings. All levels welcome, no previous experience necessary.
We will meet on the porch of the Lincoln Building, then move to the chosen outdoor location. Please bring a mat and any props you enjoy using. If raining class will be moved indoors to one of the historic buildings on the property.
