Yin Yoga Description

Feel stronger, looser, centered. This class begins with slow yin yoga to warm up your body. You’ll hold passive stretches for 1-5 minutes to still your mind and release deeply held tension in your muscles and joints.

The class slowly builds as Alyssa guides you through a slow, gentle vinyasa flow, connecting each movement to your breath. As you become more active, you’ll feel more ease in your body and a deep sense of mindfulness and connection to the present moment. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and centered.

Intensity: Low to Moderate    Level: ALL Levels
