Using gentle\, firm pressure\, their hands-on healing touch will encourage a deeper level of letting go within your muscles and your mind.   \n\n\n\nAt the end\, each student will get the equivalent of a full-body massage. You’ll feel nurtured\, rejuvenated\, looser and lighter.  \n\n\n\nNo yoga experience necessary.
