Zoom meeting ID is 680 382 479. \n\n\n\nTime: Every week on Monday at 7:00 PM\, arrive at 6:45 to connect to the community – I highly recommend arriving early to meet the community. This is how we build relationships and make friends! \n\n\n\nCost: $15 payable via Venmo to amanda@powerfulchild (Amanda Daley).  Tips are accepted! Sometimes cost is hindrance; I will never turn anyone away. The community will cover it! Reach out if you would like assistance.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPay $15 via PayPal\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nYoga Sutra 1.2 –  \n\n\n\nYogash citta vrtti niroa: yoga is the cessation of the modifications\, or fluctuations\, of the mind. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDescription \n\n\n\nYoga has this amazing power that moves beyond the body and into our minds\, hearts\, and spirits.  It is through the cultivation of mindfulness in our practice and lives that is the key to unlocking the power we contain.  That power allows us to connect to truth.  The truth that we are enough\, everything we need is within\, and freedom from what has been blocking us from living that truth. \n\n\n\nIt is my intention in offering this class\, that we will have ample opportunity to practice cultivating the skills that lead us to this freedom. \n\n\n\nThis practice is for everyone. Nothing needs to change for you to practice yoga\, please come as you are.
