DESCRIPTION:Chair yoga allows participants to experience a full yoga practice without having to get up and down from the floor.  The chair provides a support while Amanda guides an accessible mindful movement practice.  Practice includes breathwork\, yoga postures and stretches\, mindfulness\, and meditation.   \n\n\n\nAll necessary items are provided.
