Amanda will end the class with a relaxing guided meditation as you rest in a cozy savasana. \n\n\n\nThroughout class\, you’ll be soaking in the warmth of the heated greenhouse floor surrounded by the healing greenery of plants.  Top off the evening with a tasty cup of hot cocoa or other chocolate treat. \n\n\n\nThe evening will leave you feeling cozy\, warm\, and alive with the vibrations of life rekindled within you.
