SUMMARY:Outdoor Yoga @ Colonial Gardens - May 18th
DESCRIPTION:Yoga is coming to the beautiful Colonial Gardens in Phoenixville! Practice outside on their gorgeous property\, then explore the grounds and the shop.  The exploration is an adventure\, there is so much to see and discover.    \n\n\n\nThe yoga practice will be grounded in mindfulness\, increasing our mind muscle whilst our bodies receive great benefits too! Meditation\, breathwork\, movement\, and fun to be had!  Accessibility is deeply considered\, you can do it!    \n\n\n\nThe practice is outdoors.  Please bring your mat!  Think outdoor activity: sunblock\, water\, sunglasses\, bug spray\, etc.  No equipment/props will be available.  The practice is designed to do without them; however\, you are welcome to bring anything along.   There are flowers around where we are practicing\, please be aware for allergies sake (pollen and bees).   \n\n\n\nThere is a side parking lot\, to the left of the building when you pull in.  Please use this lot.  Cost of the class is $25 to be paid via Venmo or Cash the day of event to Amanda.  However\, please pre-register as there is limited space!
