DESCRIPTION:Curious about what chair yoga is all about? Here is a great opportunity to try it out!  Join us as we meet for a chair yoga class virtually on Zoom.   \n\n\n\n\nChair yoga allows us to have a full yoga experience without having to get up and down from the floor.  We begin in the chair\, come to standing\, and end in the chair. Using the chair gives us the freedom to challenge safely and explore new options.  The chair is not a limitation\, it’s an extention of the practice.   \n\n\n\nPeople who try chair yoga are always surprise at how much it feels like yoga.  That’s because it is!  I am so excited for this opportunity to share a practice I find fun\, interesting\, challenging\, and valuable.  Please join and share this event to anyone who might be curious and benefit from this practice. \n\n\n\nPlease have a chair on your mat\, preferrably without arms.  If you have blocks\, they can be helpful to elevate your feet.
