DESCRIPTION:Yoga in the Lavender Field – Sundays from 10 am to 11 am \n\n\n\n Set amoung Mt. Airy Farm’s lavender fields with views of the horses\, this class invites you to slow down\, breathe deeply\, and move mindfully. \n\n\n\nClasses focus on mindfulness and the gentle exploration of mind and body in a loving and accessible way. No experience necessary\, all are welcome. \n\n\n\nShaded on warm summer days and serenaded by bees (please be mindful if you have allergies)\, you’ll experience the grounding calm of practicing yoga in a natural\, aromatic setting. \n\n\n\nAfter class\, you can visit the charming barn shop\, filled with handmade lavender goods and lavender honey ice cream. \n\n\n\nIn the event of rain\, class will be held in the beautiful barn space\, where the air is filled with the calming scent of dried lavender. \n\n\n\nWhat to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat\, water\, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable.
