Yin Yoga 6:30pm Thursdays at Vital Touch
Yin yoga is a practice of holding poses for about 3 minutes, allowing your body to really settle in and let go. Gentle movements are guided in between longer held poses to stimulate circulation and prepare for the next hold. Great way to increase flexibility without straining.
A wonderful evening practice as yin offers benefits such as enhancing sleep quality, balancing emotions, and promotes deep relaxation.
