Thank you so much for coming to our class! I loved hearing how to organically incorporate mindfulness with kiddos and how child-friendly techniques can be accommodated for adults. This is going to be so helpful as a clinician and also (hopefully) as a parent (one day)! Your energy is fantastic.

I will certainly cater some of your exercises in my work with high school students. Working in a Philadelphia public school almost all of the students have adverse childhood experiences, so I particularly appreciated that!

My daughter had a medical and mental health crisis about a year and a half ago. Of all of the treatments she has received in this time, including psychotherapy, group therapy, physical therapy, acupuncture, a multitude of specialists and medications, my daughter feels that it was Amanda’s gentle teaching and guidance that pulled her out of a really dark place. I can only give thanks every day for the miracles Amanda has created with her teaching, but above all her loving kindness.
