Mindfulness in a practice of awareness, acceptance, and kindness. It was to know yourself and your surroundings on a deeper level. It is a secular practice that fits in with whatever your lifestyle and beliefs may be.
Practicing mindfulness has changed my life. It is my heart’s desire to share it with others; young people who are struggling as I did, parents trying to be the best versions of themselves for their children, as I am now, and all humans desiring peace.
